Tonnellerie Allary is a third generation family owned French cooperage. Jacky Allary (second generation) & Gauthier Allary (third generation) are both master coopers, well respected by their peers, who grew up in the family business founded by Jacky's father, Roger Allary in 1953.  Jacky and Gauthier themselves select the finest oak from France's most prestigious forests, offering you unparalleled consistency, forest origin options and excellence in cooperage, year after year.
